WHAT'S THE PROCESS TO BOOK?
Fill in the the contact form on our website, we’ll arrange an introductory phone call to get the ball rolling, if we’re the right company for you we’ll get you booked in for a consultation at our office or zoom.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
From the moment you leave the consultation through to the wedding day, our aim is to take away the stress leaving you to enjoy the rest of the planning. we will manage all of the sourcing and creating of every element of the look and feel of the wedding saving you hours of research.
DO YOU WORK WITH FLORISTS?
Absolutely, and this is the one major postivies of working with Styletopia, is that you can not tell where the real flowers end and where our luxury faux florals start. We will work closely with the florist to ensure our florals match as much as possible so there is a consistency throughout the whole wedding. We have a wonderful network of wedding suppliers and are always happy to meet more, we pride ourselves on our communication with florists, venues and other suppliers to provide a truly cohesive event.
DO YOU OFFER BOUQUETS AND BUTTONHOLES?
We are able to offer beautiful faux bouquets and button holes but if you're wanting real then we are able to recommend a wonderful florist who we work closely with so everything matches perfectly.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
We work within a radius of 1.5 hours from the office (GL3 4QU) but we will consider working further afield but would require accommodation for the team overnight close to the venue.
HOW LONG ARE YOU AT THE VENUE FOR?
We are guided by the venues time restrictions with regards to our arrival but it’s usually between 9-9.30am and a usual wedding set up would see us on site for between 4/5 hours with a team of 2/3 stylists. For large and more complex events we will bring a larger team. We are then back on site the following morning to clear down.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?
Our minimum spend for 2024 is £1750 + vat, 2025 is £1950 + vat. How you choose to reach this budget will vary greatly from couple to couple, from ceremony dressing, large hanging installations to the place cards for each guest and whether you use our full dressing service. So when considering if this is within your budget don't forget to add up all of the different elements such as florals for ceremony (if on site) and reception, styling and wedding stationary and you'll find that we will probably be well within your budget.
